1. Q: When can I receive your quotation or reply?
A: Within 1 hours if on our working time 08:30 a.m. to 17.30 pm. Monday to Saturday.
Within 24 hours if weekend or holiday. lf you are urgent, welcome to contact us via WhatsApp/Wechat.
2. Q: Is small order less than 100pcs accept?
A: Sure, small order is welcome. The more quantities are, the better the price is
3. Q: Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: Yes, we can provide 2-5 pcs connector free samples for the test. But please note that the shipping cost is not included.
If you need many items, or need more qty for each item,we will charge for the samples.
4. Q: What about your delivery time?
A: Enough stock and strong production capacity ensure timely delivery. We can send the stock products within 3-7 work days.
If without stock or stock is not enough, we'll check the shipping time with you!
We are very pay attention to on time delivery, the lead time of most products does not exceed 1 month.
5. Q: How to ship my order? Is it safe?
A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS or your designated express company. That's Door to Door service.
For big packages, we will send them by Air or by Sea, ensure the package safety.
6. Q: How can I make sure the product is shipped out successfully?
A: Always final inspection before shipment. When goods are ready, we will take photos for your check before shipping and send them out after your confirmation. If you're not satisfied with our products, we'll refund to you.
7. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: For small order, we accept Paypal, Western Union or T/T.
For big order, we accept T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
